Over last 20 years I have enjoyed a rewarding career dealing with cutting edge technology in Data, Analytics, Digital and AI as well as with biggest and most advanced enterprises from Global 3000. Most recently I was VP of Northern and Eastern Europe at Teradata (NYSE: TDC), the multi-cloud data analytics platform for enterprise, leading growth in Nordics, Eastern Europe and former USSR countries. During that period I had opportunities to build teams and territories from scratch in the region, transform company brand from that of an underdog to a leading brand appealing to CEOs and boards at target customers and partners, as well as leading a cross-functional team of 300 across diverse set of countries and cultures.
My passion is to coach tech leadership and sales teams to:

- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with company goals and resources globally and in regions.
- Level up sales team performance from good to exceptional by establishing sales accountability culture, investing time in A-players, and playing alongside sales team in strategic engagements.
- Map the market, key personas and individuals, and set and execute a plan to establish credibility, gain acceptance and build trustful relationships with key decision makers.
- Build essential enterprise sales systems and processes including business and account planning, operations, metrics and measurements as well as acquisition and retention playbooks.
